DNA
This week for reading we were learning about DNA. We created a poster about DNA then we explain interesting facts about DNA and we had new words to add to our vocabulary. If you didn't know why DNA is it's what makes you a person. Did you know that DNA has a half life of 521 years so basically we can't clone a dinosaur because it's over 2 million years old.

Genes
This week for reading we were studying Genes. I was working by my self to create this. In your genes you have chromosomes, In a human body it holds 46 chromosomes. So you have 23 chromosomes from your mum and 23 from your dad. Although theirs one problem it's that if your mum or dad has a disease or anyone on your family timeline then you could get that Disease because it's apart of your genes. But you still have a fifty percent chance of getting it.
